The Fairfax Mentoring Partnership's primary mission is to connect young members of our community with caring and responsible adults.

The Fairfax Mentoring Partnership (FMP) was created by the Fairfax Partnership for Youth, www.fairfaxyouth.org and is a member of the National Mentoring Partnership's www.mentoring.org national mentoring network. Currently, the National Mentoring Partnership has more than 20 "partners" throughout the United States. FMP takes direction from three entities: its director, a high-powered advisory panel and more than 20 community providers.
